Tracey Gamble

Tracey is a passionate Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. She believes the therapeutic relationship is key. Her approach is founded on a genuine interest in others, empathy, and respect. She provides a non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic environment where clients can collaboratively share and understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, build on existing strengths, and improve overall well-being.

Tracey has worked in private practice for several years. Before moving to the Northern Rivers region, she held numerous senior leadership roles in public mental health in Victoria, leading clinical teams and training and service development units. She has extensive experience in professional training programs and reform initiatives, offering support and coaching to senior staff and leadership groups.

Tracey is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), an accreditated EMDR Practitioner and an approved Clinical Psychologist Supervisor.
